Krystal Grand Los Cabos Hotel San José del Cabo, San José del Cabo

My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the convenient location, although some aspects may not be ideal. The dining experience had its highs and lows, but the facilities were great.

The hotel had some drawbacks like the noise from an air-handling system outside the room and missing curtains in what was supposed to be a top suite close to the beach. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, except for a check-in incident. The location was convenient for some, but not ideal for larger families due to transportation costs. The dining experience had some ups and downs. Despite these aspects, the hotel had some good facilities and additional offerings.

The modernized furniture and stocked fridge added to the convenience. However, the bathroom was a bit small and cramped with a stand-up shower, which was a downside.
